ATTENTION IBOs!

We are having a Capture Page meeting today at the AmeriPlan Corporate office to discuss how we can redesign the capture page to work best for all IBOs.

If you want to express your opinion with feedback, suggestions or comments please do so.

  1. If the Orange Button were to read differently, like “More Information” other than “Join Now”, I believe more people would click on it.

    We want the public to learn about our Health Plans,and once they read info. on them, then individuals can “Join Now”. Currently, the public is asked to “Join Now” without seeing what we have to offer.

  2. Nothing shows up for the 2 members I have signed up 1 was a dental plan the other an ibo. Received payments for both. Is is because these were both prior to 9/1/2015

  3. Because of the strict laws in regards to texting and the permission we need to obtain from the recipient. Should we have some kind of box giving us permission to send them texts. This suggestion was given to me from a group texting company I was trying to register with. I remember reading in the policies and procedures when I enrolled. It prohibited us from marketing with texting. For my own peace of mind, and trust me I already love this tool, It does get responses and capture page views. What is the policy guideline now.

    • Hi Francine,

      The new texting feature is a great tool, but you do not want to abuse it by sending a TEXT to a person who has not contacted you first or someone you have not spoke with about the business or product. Using the Texting tool should be used with common courtesy to the prospect you are trying to reach out to, so its best you know who you are texting!

      As for rules and regulations or permissions with any outside source, that falls on their policies.

      In your Mobile Back Office, under eKits in your Tool & Training you will find several PDFs on how to use the new Texting Tool.

    Suggestions:

    Keep the info boxes on the actual page, not on top.

    The viewer needs some motivation to give us their personal data. The actual page should be enticing, perhaps with some sizzling claims….And although the woman is a knockout, most women and ahem, some men won’t react to a pretty face.

    Also, the capture box is front and center, jumping out at you. It feels like all the page wants is the data…

    That page must magnetize the viewer and draw him to want to fill in the data. That box shouldn’t need to be so obtrusive. Make it part of the tapestry of the exciting information to come.

    Maybe even a teaser, like a free Rx card for attending an interview. Then, the viewer will look forward to getting something free.

      Your suggestions are great and what I have been suggesting to my team. I am hoping to get the Capture Page redesigned and working better for all IBOs. But my voice is not loud enough. You want to be heard and you want change… LET VP of Sales know!!

      Here is what I found out.

      The “Charts” menu item give graphs of “New Visitors”, “Returning Visitors”, “Landing Page Views”, and “Enrollments” for the 2 sites.

      That is everything we have for site tracking.

      Alternative Option
      “We recommend IBOs use a Click Tracking Service like ClickMeter for
      tracking traffic. This would be on the IBO to make that decision.”
