New IBO Enrollment Text Message Feature Now In Effect!

We recently added a new feature to the enrollment process. When a brand new IBO signs up, they will receive a TEXT MESSAGE which has a link to their new mobile back office.

This link gives them a special page as a first time user that lets them know how to log into their mobile back office.

Once they log in they will also get special instructions for using their new mobile back office.

The first thing the IBO will receive is an actual text message. When they click the link. it takes them to the IBO Special Message.

Welcome to your new AmeriPlan IBO Back Office!  Building your AmeriPlan business is like building anything else…it takes the right tools.  This back office contains all the tools you need to get started building your financial freedom with this incredible business. Below you will find information to help you get familiar with this powerful new tool.  This information, along with the AmeriPlan Text to Success Videos located in your back office will assure that you get to hit the ground running with you new AmeriPlan business!

They will also a description of each section listed in the Mobile Back Office when they log in. 

The “E-kit” is the first and most important section you will want to explore. Simply click “E-Kit” on the menu.  The ekit is broken down into several sections.

• Brochures: You will find downloadable brochures for AmeriPlan’s money-saving products.  You may also order full color brochures through the Sales Aid Store.

• Applications: You will find downloadable applications for the IBO Agreement and all three membership products.

• Resources:  This section has informational recorded calls done by your AmeriPlan National Vice Presidents on the AmeriPlan Business and Products. Also, you will find important forms for your AmeriPlan Business.

• Policy/Member Guides: Member guides for all of the AmeriPlan Products are included in this section.  This is the same member guide that is available to your members in their portal.  These guides will tell you everything you or your new members need to know about the AmeriPlan Products and how to use them.  This section also has the AmeriPlan IBO Policy and Procedure Guide

• Approved Ads: You will find downloadable pre approved sample ads you can use for the AmeriPlan Opportunity or for the AmeriPlan Products

• Fee Schedules: We have included a Dental fee schedule map, so you may assist your member in determining their fee area.  You will also find each of our Dental fee schedules with a complete list of the fees the members will have to pay at the dentist.

• Tools and Training:  This will be your most important section.  You will find everything from charts to track your business, personal commitment checklist, prospect list building forms, flip charts, free prescription cards used to generate prospects, instructions and suggestions for texting and sharing your AmeriPlan Videos and many more helpful tools for your AmeriPlan Business.

Other tabs located in your back office are:

• Commissions: This tab will allow you to track your daily commissions that you are receiving from AmeriPlan and also track any chargebacks that you may receive.  You can also change your commission selection from Advanced Pay to As Earned Pay in this section

• Rewards: This section will help you track your personal achievements along with your downlines. You can see where you stand on your personal promotions starting with RSD. You can track your monthly earnings for the AmeriPlan Cadillac Club, see how many enrollments you and your sales group need for the $500 monthly Sales Director Bonus and also stay up to date on the exciting Top Producers Trip and $10,000 cash Sales Team Bonus

• Settings: This section will allow you to enable or disable your AmeriPlan Capture Pages.  You can also find your Personalized Product and Opportunity Video Link here.  These links are personalized to you and can be shared several different ways from texting, emailing and posting on your various social media platforms.  Please note that if you are on a smart phone or other mobile device you can also text your videos from this section.

• Charts: This section will give you several charts to help track the activity of your AmeriPlan Websites.  You will see information such as new or returning visitors to you sites in the last 30 day and also enrollments on those sites.  This will help you determine if your advertising, texting or email campaigns are having success.

Remember that this business is about the way you and AmeriPlan fulfill the mission of helping others to make money while they are showing people how to save money.  So join us in saving America money….one household at a time.  The most important thing you as a new IBO can do is to become a product of the product so that you can build your own personal money saving testimonials.

    AWESOME Information!!
    Just curious, When will a “Online Application” be available in the new back office.
    Most of us have our Capture Pages set and when we go to sign someone up we have to continually fill out that capture page to get in.

      The intrusive and frustration is being heard, but I suggest you express your voice to AmeriPlan directly. May hands are tied and We, the IT Team, cannot make any changes until it comes from the Top!

  4. Hi great job on all the upgrades. Unfortunately one of the most important feature is missing, being able to go in the back office and sign new business. Please correct. thankyou

      Let me pass this along to the AmeriPlan IT Team… new additions and features are being added and eventually, ALL the sections in the Original Back Office will be moved to the New Mobile Back Office… it’s just a huge task. But slowly and surely it is happening.

      My suggestion is ALWAYS express your suggestions to AmeriPlan directly!

      I passed along your question and here is the response.

      “This feature will NOT be added. It is actually a legal issue. That old feature was causing IBOs to basically forge signatures and agreements for the prospects. All prospects must sign themselves up for us to have legal and binding agreements. IBO’s should not be entering in ANY applications for their prospects.”

  7. The lead page and the capture page need not be synonymous,but they can. The lead page captures eyeballs. The capture page collects data. Therein lies the confusion of combining them. It mixes messages, viz. “She (the model) may look good in the background, but I’m not giving up my personal info before I know that I can trust you with it.”

    The existing ‘capture page’ jumps out at me and says “gimme your info” as if it were 3-D. It’s a turn-off, at least IMHO. Trust must be demonstrated first.

    This is healthcare. It should be presented in a way that makes it comfortable for the viewer. They’re thinking healthcare…they need to feel comfortable.

    Pages that get in your face wanting your info before stating something like a mission statement, endorsement, whatever, lack credibility.

    I do welcome comments. Any and all.

      YES, I totally agree and Yes, I wish I could make improvements but at this time my hands are tied.
