Coronavirus – Important information for our AmeriPlan family

Due to the CoronaVirus crisis, and by Administrative Order of the Governor of The State of Texas in which we operate, we have been ordered to cease all business activities and “Shelter in Place” as of the end of business today, March 25, 2020. As the order now stands, we will be resuming operations on Monday, April 6, 2020, unless the Administrative Order is extended.

We have previously notified everyone as to the procedure for reaching customer service by email or chat. All replicated websites and the shopping cart are still functioning so all applications will be received and processed in our system.

Keep tuned for any updates as these orders may change.
