PLEASE, when you enroll a new prospect in the NEW SHOPPING CART … PLEASE WAIT to receive your CONFIRMATION SCREEN!
This may take a moment depending on your internet connection, or computer, or our Cloud Server.
DO NOT CLICK THE BACK BUTTON… this will create a DUPLICATE ENROLLMENT and it will charge YOUR NEW MEMBER SIGN UP AGAIN AND AGAIN each time your go back and proceed!
We ask you to be PATIENT and allow the system to populate the CONFIRMATION SCREEN to process the Credit Card correctly.

I have also noticed spelling errors on a couple of the Freedom at Home sites along with the information being mixed up between sites. For example my apdentalplan site is talking about our medical program and my greatdiscountplans site is talking about our dental program…? I know corporate doesn’t have anything to do with Focal Point however it could potentially be confusing to our prospective members. I’m planning to call Focal Point tomorrow. Just thought I’d mention it here as well.

Sorry but my question doesn’t really apply to the above topic but I was hoping someone would have the answers for me.
Can anyone tell me After Sept 1st who the contracted carriers will be for our dental, vision, prescription and chiropractic services?
I heard Catamaran might be changing for the prescriptions so I just wanted to double check on the others as well. I wouldn’t want to be giving out incorrect information to potential new members.

As for the other providers, dental, vision, hearing, chiropractic, advocacy, ancillary and now Telemedicine services all remain the same!

Oops, momentary lapse I’m so used to dealing with insurances at work. Let me rephrase my question so you don’t think I have completely lost it.
Can you provide me with the who the vision plan uses to order glasses/contacts and who the prescription plan will be going through?
I know the dental and chiropractic is just discounted off billed charges.

Your feedback and support is appreciated. The AmeriPlan IT Team (Tracey Brown, Greg Mills, Tom Weldon), Creative Wilbert Bell, VP of Sales (Joe Kerr, Marcus Williams and Gabe Flores) and truly the entire company as a whole, with Anna Dickerson cracking the whip, should get kudos.
It’s been a joint effort getting the new sites and procedures going and set… and we are still not done. Many new items are still being considered and worked on such as converting the Original Back Office to the NEW Back Office which we are temporary calling ‘Back Office Lite’… this is a work in progress.
We also have a few new features in development that will come forth soon.
