AmeriPlan Customer Service hours are changing. The new hours as of today, October 17, 2024 will be as followed:
Customer Service, Banking and Providers Relations will be available on the phone Monday thru Thursday from 10:00 AM CT – 2:00 PM CT
Our online chat for all Department is available:
Monday thru Thursday from 9:00 AM CT – 4:00 PM CT
Friday from 9:00 AM CT – 1:00 PM CT
